Hello! 👋 I’m Josh.
I build programmes and grant making projects that create real change for young people, and this is where I keep everything I've worked on.
Over the past decade I've done this in some of Europe's largest youth organisations and, more recently, in some of its newest and smallest. I helping them develop the infrastructure, funding and programmes they need to grow. I'm a qualified youth worker at heart and that shapes everything I design. I believe in putting the people a programme is meant to serve at the centre of every decision, from the first conversation to the final report.
Right now I run Celtara, a consultancy providing programme design, grant management, fundraising and organisational development to growing charities and NGOs. My current work includes managing Funding Fairer Futures, Europe's largest fund for youth-led climate organisations, and supporting Generation Climate Europe to grow from a volunteer-led network into a funded, strategically led organisation.
